The Chocolate Fetish is located in the center of the artistic community of the south, Asheville North Carolina. Painters, sculptors, and musicians are drawn to this city for the natural beauty surrounding it and for the creative energy that buzzes through its streets. Fortunately for us some of these artisans have donned aprons and set to work in our kitchens. A key ingredient to our store's success is the enthusiasm our chocolatiers express toward their craft. They strive to make our chocolate creations an inspiration to all senses. This artistic spirit inspires us to test new recipes, pair unlikely ingredients, and to push the boundaries of chocolate as an art form.

When you visit our store you will see a display case containing some of the wilder expressions of chocolate art to come out of our kitchen. The spotlight shines on cakes that are adorned with accents of the natural world. Rose flowers are sculpted out of fine chocolate shavings. A twig with spring blossoms grows from a solid crystalline structure. Ribbons of sculpted confection whimsically add an air of celebration to the piece. "Is this all made of chocolate?" you wonder . It is too beautiful to eat.
